Standard Shipping and Processing

Standard shipping charges are based on the merchandise total charge

Most items are shipped from our warehouse by UPS or USPS to arrive within five to seven business days of our receiving your order.

Most items can be shipped to a P.O. box. However, we regret that rush orders, extra large items and those shipped directly from the manufacturer cannot be sent to a P.O. box. Items shipped to a P.O. box will be sent via the U.S. Postal Service, and delivery may take longer.

Oversize items typically take longer to deliver and cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.

The standard charge applies to orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses. They will arrive within four to six weeks. See below for additional information.

Rush Shipping and Processing

For an additional charge of $20 per address, we can rush delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.

Rush orders received by 3:00 p.m. (Pacific time), Monday through Thursday, arrive in 2-3 business days; rush orders received Friday after 3:00 p.m. (pacific time) through Sunday will arrive the following Wednesday or Thursday. If rush orders are not available on your order, you will be notified when your order is processed and a credit can be issued if requested.

Back Orders

If an item is on back order you will be notified immediately of the timeframe by email, and will have the option of exchanging or receiving a refund.

Special Shipping Services

At present, we ship only within the United States, to its territories and to APO/FPO addresses and Canada.
