At Greenshops, we believe in the concept that one person can make a difference. We are active in our community and encourage our employees to find ways to give back. We have participated in programs to feed the hungry at Martin Luther King park, sponsored Earth Day activities, Volunteer at Make a Difference Day and supported the United Way National Day of Caring. We support valuable organizations such as Green America and 1% for the Planet, to find ways that people with similar focuses can work together efficiently to help our environment. We make donations of toys and money to the Bakersfield Homeless Shelter every year, support our local schools in various fundraising campaigns and also donate to the Bakersfield SPCA.

There are many other charities and organizations we support.

We purchase carbon offsets for our facility which means that our carbon footprint is zero.
