At Fresh & Green customer service is our #1 priority!! Since you are purchasing the item on-line, we have created an easy return policy for you. If within 30 days you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to accept the return "no questions asked". We will refund the original purchase price to your credit card, or send your replacement item, once we receive your return back into our warehouse. Sale items may not be returned.
We have an easy 1,2,3 process for returns:
1. Send the merchandise back to us.
2. Items must be in their original condition. This means that all items need to be unworn, unwashed and all original packaging intact. A 15% restocking fee may be applied if the returned merchandise is not in its original packaging.
3. Click HERE to download our Return Policy Form and begin the process of returning your item. Please include the order number that was included on your confirmation email and the action you wish for us to take.
Send your package with shipping insurance so that it arrives safely. We cannot process shipments that become lost or damaged in transit. Fragile items, must be carefully wrapped to avoid damage so that we can ensure a full refund or exchange.

If your merchandise is damaged when it arrives, send us an email at orders@freshandgreen.com. Please include your order number and a list of the damaged items. A photo of the damaged item and the packaging will be required. We'll promptly confirm and email you with replacement details. Important Exceptions:
Mattresses: Refunds will not be issued on any mattress.
Bedding, Beauty Products, and Underwear: Due to health reasons, used bedding, beauty products, and undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged once it has been opened and used. Please make certain that you are content with your purchase before you use it.
