RETURN POLICY
At Fresh & Green, customer service is our number one priority. We take great pride in our products and since they have all been personally tested by us we stand behind them. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we would love for you to contact us by phone or email first, so that we can take care of you and decide the quickest course of action for you personally.
To return website or store merchandise:
All health and beauty products cannot be returned if they have been opened.
Here are the steps to take if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
- You will be able to return non-sale items for a refund or exchange if we receive them within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- After 14 days of your purchase and within 30 days of your original purchase you will be able to receive store or online credit for all items including sale items that are returned.
- For all returns, items must be in their original condition. This means that all items need to be unworn, unwashed and preferably all packaging intact.
- For all internet returns, please note that there may be additional shipping and handling charges.
- When returning your item, please make sure you include your full name, address, contact details, order number, copy of the original invoice and the original packaging would be terrific!
- If the item is faulty, we will refund the full cost of your order minus delivery costs no questions asked.
