CHARITABLE WORK

At Fresh and Green, we believe in the concept that one person can make a difference. We are active in our community and encourage our employees to find ways to give back. We have participated in programs to feed the hungry at Martin Luther King park, sponsored Earth Day activities and supported the United Way National Day of Caring. We are creating a way to start a recycling program sponsored by Fresh and Green to help schools and other business owners recycle in a convenient way. We support valuable organizations such as Co Op America and 1% for the Planet to find ways that people with similar focuses can work together efficiently to help our environment. We make donations of toys and money to the Bakersfield Homeless Shelter every year and also sponsor the Bakersfield SPCA. One charity particularly close to our heart is the Make a Wish Foundation.
